Skinboosting morning

You don’t have to have all ingredients, and you can of course ad more of any ingredient. Basis of this drink is orange, carrot and beetroot. I use a lot of water instead of orange as I tend to not drink sufficiently but have to use some tricks. One thing I did not ad, but would have if I had it at home is ginger and lime or lemon for the great taste and health benefits.

If I was to do the red only with only the three ingredients I would use 1 carrot, 1 tablespoon beetroot and 1-2 oranges (depending on size).. and ginger&lime/lemon depending on taste you prefer.

The drink has several benefits, depending on who you ask and what you believe to be true. Of course the super amount of C-vitamin have stated benefits you all probably know. The reason I drink this one regularly is to hydrate and take care of my skin. I often crack up in the winter and feel the quality of the skin decreasing, so when I get those signs I go for this booster.

Down you have the amounts I used this morning to make a batch of 4-6 glasses. Someone would probably tell you its better to not make more than you drink immediately as some of the healthy stuff, as the C-vitamin loses vitality when exposed to heat, air and light. I tend to facilitate habits, as spoken of earlier in ”green routine”, and that works for me. I decided I will get more of the good stuff I need if I bulk it up, and put some glasses in the fridge to use for the coming days, than if I do it the most correct way so thats what I do.
