Sluta inte läsa bara för att du inte är så intresserad av smink! Det här är way cooler than that! L’Oreal har lanserat en app som kombinerar det de är bäst på, makeup, med det vi är bäst på, duckfaces och selfies, med riktigt badass teknik. Resultatet heter MakeupGenius och är en app som scannar ditt ansikte och sedan lägger på ett virtuellt lager av smink så att man får se hur en look passar.
Det är hysteriskt roligt och quite the party app. Men det är kanske inte den tänkta målgruppen som tycker att det är allra roligast. De senaste dagarna har mitt flöde fyllts av screenshots på mina killkompisars sminkade ansikten. Det gör ju störst skillnad för de som inte brukar ha smink och inte är vana vid att se sig själva med sotade ögon.

It’s hysterically funny and quite the part app. But I don’t think it’s the intended target group who finds it the most fun. The last couple of days my streams have been filled with my male friends’ makeupy faces. The app makes the most difference for people not used to see themselves in smoky eyes.
