QuikTrip 500: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for 2019 race

Last week, NASCAR hosted its largest event of the year at the Daytona 500, and it had been about as unpredictable as one can expect.Denny Hamlin, a man known as a king of the restrictor-plate races, took home the triumph as a huge crash pumped out a massive section of the area down the stretch.

As intermediate racing begins, this week there will be many kings on the track.

Kevin Harvick is your favored that is clear at 4/1 chances with just two career wins on the trail and eight top-10 finishes in his last 10 races there. Kyle Busch and Joey Logano both have 6/1 chances, while Busch includes two wins at AMS and five top 10s in his last 10 races. Logano has four finishes, although no wins.

And while Martin Truex Jr. and Brad Keselowski may get lost in the shuffle, they’re more than formidable in Georgia.

This week, so who wins? It may be foolish to choose against Harvick, but Kyle Larson is due for a win. Atlanta would be the place for him, although the 26-year-old went without a win last season. Larson has three top-10 finishes and another place finish in five career races at AMS.
