Norwich left-back Jamal Lewis has removed from the Northern Ireland squad for their upcoming matches with a knee injury.
The difficulty was picked up by Even the 21-year old through Saturdays 5-1 defeat to Aston Villa at Carrow Road.
Norwich say their health care staff will assess him over the plan of the international break, meaning he will miss also the friendly against the Czech Republic and his country Qualifier against the Netherlands.
Despite suffering an elbow injury at Norwichs 2-0 defeat at Crystal 23, lewis had been contained in Michael ONeills squad.
Northern Ireland have been in second position in European Union Group C with leaders Germany, together with both having played five matches.
