Ibland får man chansen att jobba med riktigt viktiga frågor. Just nu pågår Politikerveckan Järva och vi är på plats för att diskutera hur vi som en av vår branschs största arbetsgivare kan bidra till bättre integration på arbetsmarknaden. Vi har tagit med vårt mobila hotellrum Scandic To Go och använder det som mötesrum både för oss och deltagare som behöver någonstans att ha ett möte.
Jag är förvånad över att inte fler företag tagit chansen att vara på plats. Vi är ganska ensamma från näringslivssidan. Inte ens vår branschorganisation är på plats. Det tycker jag är en missad möjlighet att få fler att få upp ögonen för vår bransch. Vi är på plats hela veckan, är du i närheten – come say hi!
Sometimes I get the chance to work with really important issues. Right now, the Politics week Järva is happening and we’re there to discuss how we, as one of the biggest employers in our industry, can help improve integration into the workforce. We’ve brought our mobile hotel room Scandic To Go and use it as a conference room for us and for other participants who need a place to hold a meeting.
I’m surprised more companies haven’t taken the opportunity to participate. We’re pretty alone from the business world. Not even our trade organization is here. I think it’s a missed opportunity to get more people interested in our industry. We’re there all week, if you’re in the neighborhood – come say hi!
