World Class Conference

Nu är vår ledarkonferens med temat världsklass över och det har varit så sjukt roligt! Det har gått i ett så intensivt tempo att jag inte hann med att blogga. Igår höll jag en session tillsammans med min briljanta kollega om Kommunikation och Ledarskap och idag har jag modererat två paneler, den första på bild här, med vår Sverigechef, Stadiums dito och två representanter från Systembolaget. Vi pratade om service och ledarskap och om hur det är att skapa en servicekultur. Det var verkligen inspirerande att prata med dem! Under dagarna har vi också fått lyssna på andra spännande talare, både interna och externa, kring ledarskap och rekrytering, sociala medier med mera och det är bara att konstatera att jag har förmånen att få jobba med helt fantastiska människor. Så uppfylld av inspiration och glädje just nu!

Nu är jag på väg hem till Stockholm för full fart in i nästa projekt!

Our leaders conference with the inspiring theme World Class is now over and I’ve had a blast! The tempo was so intense, I didn’t have time to blog. Yesterday, I held a session together with a brilliant colleague about communication and leadership and today, I’ve moderated two panels, the first one on the photo above with our Country Manager, the Country Manager from Stadium and two representatives from Systembolaget. We talked about service and leadership and what it takes to create a service culture. It was really inspiring talking to them! We’ve also hade the opportunity to listen to other exciting speakers, both internal and external, about leadership, recruitment, social media and more, and I can only come to the conclusion that I have the benefit of working with some truly great people. I’m filled with inspiration and joy right now!

Now, I’m on my way home to Stockholm for full speed ahead with the next project!
