Idag hänger jag med alla mina favoritpersoner – alla hotelldirektörer i hela Norden och kollegor från våra supportkontor. Vi har samlats för att konferera över dagen och kvällen. Bara det är himla peppande men vi har också lite inspirationstalare också, bland annat Linnéa Johansson som vi hängde med i New York i höstas. Så kul! Linnéa hade med sig lite trender från staterna som vi fick testa och smaka på. Roligast tyckte jag var Nitro Coffee. Det är ett slags kallt kaffe på tapp som blir lite skummigt precis som Guinness. Vi hade den första kaffekranen i Sverige på besök hos oss, det känns riktigt coolt. Kanske blir det nästa trend som sprider sig över våra coffeeshops.
Today I’m hanging out with all my favourite people – all General Managers in the Nordics and colleagues from our support offices. We’ve gathered for a conference for the day and evening. That alone is very much fun but we also have inspirational speakers as well. Among them Linnéa Johansson who we met when we were in New York earlier this year. So much fun! Linnéa brought some trends from the States we got to try out and taste. One I liked was the Nitro Coffee. It’s a cold brew coffee on tap that gives it a texture like Guinness. We hade the very first tap here in Sweden with us, feels really cool. Maybe this will be the next big thing in our Swedish coffee shops.
