Idag är jag på väg till Karlstad för att hälsa på våra tre hotell där. Det är alltid lika kul att åka ut till hotellen och få lära känna teamet där. Det är en speciell sorts människor som jobbar på hotell. De är genuina och otroligt trevliga människor som ofta brinner för sitt hotell och för gästen. Jag känner mig alltid väldigt inspirerad när jag kommer hem från hotellbesök. Det blir liksom ännu viktigare att jobba hårt från huvudkontoret för att ge teamet så bra förutsättningar som möjligt!
Jag vet att det är många som inte älskar sitt jobb men jag önskar att de kunde få känna som jag gör för Scandic åtminstone någon gång i livet. Det är fantastiskt att jobba när det är kul att gå till jobbet och alla runt en känner samma sak.

They’re genuine and really nice people who often have a passion for their hotel and the guests. I always feel inspired when I get back from a visit. I know a lot of people don’t love their job but I wish they could feel the way I do for Scandic at least once in their lives. It’s amazing to work at a place when the people around you feel the same and the bar is set to create magic.
